Homemade Pumpkin Spice Granola

Homemade Pumpkin Spice Granola

Many commercial granolas contain excessive amounts of added sugars, often listed among the first ingredients. Some brands may even have sugar content comparable to that of candy bars. Additionally, these granolas may include unhealthy oils and preservatives to enhance shelf life and flavour, which can reduce their overall health benefits.

Customisation for Dietary Needs:

Homemade granola allows you to tailor the ingredients to meet specific dietary requirements, such as gluten-free, nut-free, or vegan, depending on your needs or those of your family and friends.
