Nutritious Porridge

A wholesome, nourishing breakfast packed with fibre, healthy fats, and essential nutrients to fuel your day.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup organic oats
  • 1 cup coconut milk

(or preferred plant milk)

  • 1 tsp maca powder
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup mixed wild berries

(fresh or frozen)

  • 2 Brazil nuts, chopped
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

Instructions

  • In a small pot, combine oats and coconut milk.
  • Bring to a gentle simmer and cook for 5–7 minutes
  • Stir occasionally 
  • Once thickened, remove from heat.
  • Stir in maca powder and cinnamon.
  • Pour into a bowl and top with wild berries, chopped Brazil nuts, and chia seeds.
  • Enjoy warm for a nutrient-rich start to your day.
